Wines: R.H. Phillips produces three tiers of Toasted Head wine, starting with Toasted Head Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Viognier and Shiraz. An upper tier of Toasted Head Barrel Reserve wines include Toasted Head Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Russian River Valley Chardonnay and Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir. The ultimate Toasted Head tier is the winery's handcrafted, Limited Release wines which are produced in lots of 200 or fewer cases and sold only through the winery tasting room and webstore. Toasted Head Limited Release wines consist of Late Harvest Viognier, Dutton Hill Vineyard Chardonnay, Mendocino Chardonnay, Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon/Syrah and Meritage, a blend of Bordeaux varietal reds.
